Inviting Team Members
Sending a team connection invite takes under a minute. Here is how it works and what to expect.
How to Send an Invite
Open Settings → Team
Go to your settings and open the Team section. You will see the invite form and your current teammates.
Enter their email and send
Type the email of the Vendoralia seller you want to connect with and send the invite. They must already be a registered, subscribed seller.
Give them a heads-up
An email invite from the settings form does not send an automatic notification, so message the person directly to let them know it is waiting in their Invites tab. (Inviting from the "Invite to team" button on a seller's profile does email them.)
Wait for acceptance
Once they accept, the connection appears on both profiles simultaneously.
Important
The person you invite must already be a registered, subscribed Vendoralia seller. If they are not yet on the platform — or have not subscribed — they will need to finish that first before they can accept your invite.
If They Decline or Do Not Respond
Nothing changes on your profile — there is no penalty for a declined invite.
You can send an invite to someone else at any time.
Pending invites appear in your "Sent Invites" list — you can cancel them if needed.
Increase your acceptance rate
Give them a heads-up before sending the invite. A quick message — "Hey, I am setting up my Vendoralia profile and thought it would make sense for us to connect on the platform" — dramatically increases acceptance rates. Only invite people who know your work.
Common Mistakes
✕ Inviting someone who is not yet on Vendoralia without telling them first
✕ Sending bulk invites to everyone you have ever met professionally — quality over quantity
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I invite someone outside of Vendoralia?
Only registered, subscribed Vendoralia sellers can accept team connection invites. Share the platform with colleagues you would like to invite — once they have set up and subscribed their profile, you can connect.
How many team connections is ideal?
3–5 connections is the visual sweet spot on the profile. On the profile page, up to 4 appear inline — a link to the full teammates page shows the rest.
