Visibility & Search FAQ
Common questions about why your profile appears — or doesn't — in search results.
Why isn't my profile showing up in search results?
The most common reasons: your subscription is not active, your selected skills do not match the filter the buyer used, or your pricing is outside the buyer's filter range. Check these three things first before assuming a technical issue.
How quickly does my profile appear after I subscribe?
Immediately. There is no approval queue or delay. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your profile is live in search results.
What cities can find my profile?
Vendoralia currently operates in Tijuana, Mexico. All buyers on the platform search within Tijuana. There is no city-specific subfiltering within Tijuana — all buyers in Tijuana see all Tijuana sellers.
A buyer searched for my category but didn't see me. Why?
You may have been filtered out by skill, price, or rating. Test this yourself: search your own category from a logged-out browser and apply the same filters a buyer might use. If you do not appear, check which filter is excluding you.
Does my description affect search results?
Yes. Your service title and description are indexed — buyers who type keywords into the search bar are matched against your text. Make sure your title and description use the actual terms buyers search for in your field.
How does the home page decide which sellers to show?
The home page is a search experience: a buyer describes what they need, and Vendoralia surfaces a short list of matching subscribed sellers in Tijuana, ordered by their average rating. It is automatic — there is no paid placement or curated feature slot.
My profile has been live for weeks but I'm getting no inquiries. What should I do?
Run the Profile Quality Checklist first. The most common causes of low inquiries are: missing or low-quality portfolio, generic service description, unclear or missing pricing, and insufficient trust signals. Address these before assuming a search visibility problem.
Can I appear in more than one category?
No. Your profile is registered under one category. You appear in searches for that category only.
