Reviews & Ratings FAQ
Everything you need to know about how the review system works on Oficio Claro.
How do buyers leave a review?
Buyers visit your public seller profile and leave a review from there. They must be logged in to a Oficio Claro account to submit a review.
Do buyers need to pay for a Oficio Claro account to leave a review?
No. Buyer accounts on Oficio Claro are free. Share your profile URL with clients and let them know they will need a free account to submit a review.
Can a buyer leave more than one review on my profile?
No. Each buyer can leave one review per seller. If a buyer has already reviewed you, they cannot submit another.
How is my star rating calculated?
Your star rating is the average of all star ratings you have received. A seller with three reviews of 5, 4, and 5 stars has an average rating of 4.7.
Where does my rating appear?
Your average star rating appears on your public profile and in search results. Buyers can filter by minimum rating.
Can I respond to a review?
Responding to reviews is not a feature on Oficio Claro right now. The best way to shape your reviews is by consistently delivering great work — that is what earns the next positive review.
What should I do if I receive a review I believe is false or violates platform rules?
Contact support with details. Oficio Claro can review and remove reviews that violate platform guidelines. Do not attempt to contact the reviewer directly to pressure them into changing the review.
Can I leave a review on my own profile?
No. Sellers cannot review their own profiles. This is enforced by the platform.
