Most verification issues have a simple fix. Work through the steps here first — they clear up the large majority of problems on their own, no support needed.
I didn't receive my email verification code
Check your spam or junk folder
Verification emails are frequently filtered here. This resolves the issue in most cases.
Wait 60 seconds from when you submitted
Delivery is occasionally delayed. Allow a full minute before trying again.
Request a new code
Tap “Resend Code” on the verification screen. It unlocks after a short countdown.
Wrong email address? Use the “Change” link
The “Change” link next to your email returns you to your account details, where you can fix your email and save. A fresh code is sent to the new address — no support needed.
I didn't receive my SMS verification code
Confirm you entered a mobile number
Landlines cannot receive SMS. If you entered a landline, use “Change” and switch to a mobile number.
Check that you have mobile signal
No signal means no SMS delivery. Move to an area with coverage if needed.
Wait up to 60 seconds
SMS delivery can be slower than email. Give it a full minute.

Refresh the page

Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all work. If one is failing, try another.
Disable any active VPN
VPNs can interfere with verification. Try disabling and reloading.
I can't log in with Google Sign-In
Confirm you are logged into the correct Google account
Make sure the Google account shown in your browser is the one you want to use for Vendoralia.
Log out of Google and back in
Log out of all Google accounts in your browser, log back into the correct one, then try again.
