Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to Vendoralia. By accessing or using our platform at vendoralia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Description of the Platform

Vendoralia is a paid online directory that connects independent service providers ("Sellers") with individuals and businesses seeking their services ("Buyers"). Sellers pay a subscription fee to list their profile on the platform. Vendoralia provides the technology and tools that enable this connection and nothing more. Vendoralia does not employ, screen, or vet Sellers; is not a party to any agreement between Sellers and Buyers; and accepts no responsibility for the quality, outcome, or consequences of any service arranged through the platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use Vendoralia, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the United Mexican States. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at soporte@vendoralia.com. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

4. Sellers

Sellers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Vendoralia. To appear in search results and be visible to Buyers, Sellers must maintain an active paid subscription. Vendoralia reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any seller profile that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is not in the best interest of the platform.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, the quality of services offered, setting their own rates, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their services.

Vendoralia verifies each seller's email address and phone number as part of account setup. This basic verification confirms only that the seller has access to those contact details. It is not a background check, identity verification, license check, or credential review. Vendoralia does not verify any information in a seller's profile, including stated experience, qualifications, or portfolio content.

5. Buyers

Buyers are responsible for evaluating Sellers before entering into any agreement. Vendoralia does not endorse any Seller and does not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of any service listed on the platform. Buyers should review seller profiles, portfolios, and ratings before making contact or entering into any agreement.

All agreements, payments, and arrangements are made entirely between Buyers and Sellers. Vendoralia has no involvement in and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any service, transaction, or dispute arising from contact made through the platform.

6. Payments and Transactions

Vendoralia does not process, hold, or transfer payments between Buyers and Sellers. All financial transactions are arranged and conducted directly between the parties, outside of the Vendoralia platform. Vendoralia is not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, failed transactions, fraud, refunds, or chargebacks arising between users.

You retain full responsibility for your pricing, billing practices, refunds, and all aspects of your business operations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Vendoralia platform to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vendoralia platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Vendoralia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written permission.

Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload to their profiles. By uploading content, you grant Vendoralia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the platform and in related marketing materials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Vendoralia platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vendoralia does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vendoralia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if Vendoralia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Vendoralia's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Vendoralia in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

12. Changes to These Terms

Vendoralia may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Account Termination

Vendoralia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any user account or seller profile at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, and without any obligation to provide an explanation or justification. This right applies regardless of whether the account is in good standing or has an active subscription.

Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, any content, conduct, or circumstance that we believe — in our sole judgment — compromises the integrity, safety, reputation, or quality standards of the platform. We are the sole judges of what constitutes a valid reason for removal, and our decision is final.
