Agreeing on Work & Payment

The deal is between you and the seller, so it is worth getting the basics in writing before any money changes hands A few clear messages now prevent most disagreements later

Important

Vendoralia never holds, processes, or refunds payments All money goes directly between you and the seller, so there is no Vendoralia balance, escrow, or chargeback to fall back on — agree on terms carefully

Agree on these before you pay

Exactly what will be done — the scope, in plain terms
The total price, and what is included or charged extra
When it will be finished, with any key dates
How and when you will pay — deposit now, balance on completion
What happens if plans change or the work is not as agreed

Pay in Steps, Not All at Once

Where you can, tie payments to progress — a deposit to start and the rest once the work is done and you are satisfied Paying everything upfront removes your only leverage if something goes wrong

Keep a Record

Keep your messages, the agreed quote, and any receipts If a question comes up later, a short written trail is far easier to rely on than memory

Best Practice

Prefer payment methods that leave a trace, like a bank transfer or a receipt Avoid sending large amounts in ways that cannot be tracked or recovered
